The Position Duties will include:
Day-to-day operations and support of cloud-hosted environments Supporting our client base with internal infrastructure queries Working with the Managed Services team to hit SLA targets Maintaining and enhancing PowerShell and JSON deployment scripts Automating manual deployment tasks General improvement of the Managed Services product offering Improving existing deployment and maintenance techniques Change Control implementation.

Less-frequent duties may include:
Technical assistance in the Pre-Sales process Out of hours support Appraisal and utilization of new Azure functionality Disaster Recovery duties On-Call escalation point

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in Windows Administration

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of commercial experience with PowerShell

Additionally, candidates may have had exposure to Enterprise firewall technologies Microsoft SQL Server Microsoft Azure IaaS IIS Remote Desktop Services FTP technologies Email technologies Helpful additional experience System hardening Security principals and best practices
