OpenLink’s global client support team receives two industry achievement awards this year.

For the second year in a row, OpenLink has received the Omega Management Group’s NorthFace ScoreBoard AwardSM for excellence in customer service and support in 2016. Established in 2000, the award is presented annually to companies who, as rated solely by their own customers, not only offer exemplary customer service but who also center their very existence on a deep commitment to being customer-centric.

OpenLink also received a Gold Stevie Award this year. Charles Eberhardt from our Tulsa office won in the category of Young Customer Professional of the Year for his exemplary performance as both an individual contributor and team player. The Stevie Awards are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals and receive more than 10,000 entries each year from over 60 organizations.

Michael Cronin, ‎Vice President of Support & Maintenance Operations at OpenLink said, “One of the core values at OpenLink is that everything we do is for our clients. Our clients have recognized our commitment to providing high quality services through their feedback, and new solutions such as the OpenLink Cloud provide us with an exciting opportunity to continue to raise the bar and exceed their expectations in the future.”
