Leading UK accountancy practice switches back to Wolters Kluwer’s ‘powerful proposition’

French Duncan, a UK Top 100 Accountancy firm has chosen the Wolters Kluwer CCH Central Suite praising its integration, ability to deliver much greater efficiency and the capability to improve client collaboration.

Managing Partner Graeme Finnie said technology plays an increasingly pivotal role in French Duncan’s plans for continued growth. “For some while we employed a best-of-breed approach using products from a variety of providers, including CCH Central. However, a few years ago we decided to go for an integrated database approach and chose to move to a totally different technology supplier,” he said.

“Although we had moved away, we continued to watch very closely what Wolters Kluwer were doing as we knew that once they had completed their integration, their CCH Central suite would become a very powerful proposition. A few months ago we examined what the Wolters Kluwer team had delivered and realised that this was now the right solution for our practice.

“Their integration capabilities now provide exactly what we need. The efficiency and client collaboration that their suite delivers ticks all the right boxes for us. After a relatively short time on another system it was a big decision to switch back, but we have decided to move almost our entire technology solutions to the CCH Central suite including key compliance products, practice management, document management and CRM.”
