Sinclair Voicenet reports 33% increase in turnover over last 12 months
Sinclair Voicenet, the UK’s longest established specialist provider of multimedia interaction recording, quality management, interaction analytics and workforce management solutions, has announced significant business growth over the last twelve months. During this period, the company achieved an increase in turnover of more than 33% with a corresponding rise in profitability.
According to Peter Gough, a director of Sinclair Voicenet: “These impressive results will help consolidate our position as the leading provider of interaction recording solutions and associated applications to the public safety, financial and commercial sectors. With a healthy pipeline of new orders, we will continue to focus on the development of new and innovative solutions that will enable our expanding customer base to increase productivity, achieve customer service excellence and meet all regulatory guidelines.”
In the last financial year, Sinclair Voicenet has undertaken a major programme of investment to enable the company to deliver an even higher level of customer support. This includes the deployment of a new CRM system and the opening of a new technical server laboratory in East Kilbride, which will be used to stage the increasing number of large and complex implementations. The latest remote diagnostics technologies have also been deployed to help rapidly resolve support issues.
To meet increasing business levels, Sinclair Voicenet has recruited additional staff including marketing and field service specialists as well as pre-sales and project management consultants who will assist with complex deployments and high end applications. It has also implemented an apprentice programme that is already providing three young people with the expertise and skills needed to meet the growing demands of the business. With this infrastructure in place, Sinclair Voicenet is now targeting expansion of the sales team as a key focus for the coming months.
On the product side, as well as being a Platinum Partner for NICE Systems and the only company in the EMEA region to qualify as a NICE Master Distributor, Sinclair Voicenet has made some significant investments in new products including SmartVoice Protect, a PCI DSS solution, and SmartVoice ViewPoint, a newly announced customer satisfaction monitoring application. The company also provides technical support to approved NICE resellers and channel partners across the UK.
“We expect to build on these results in the coming year through further investments in new products, infrastructure and headcount that will further strengthen our position in the market,” concluded Peter Gough.
