Quarterly Changes to the NASDAQ Q-50 Index

The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:NDAQ) today announced the results of the quarterly re-ranking of the NASDAQ Q-50 Index (Nasdaq:NXTQ), which will become effective prior to market open on Monday, March 18, 2013.

The following seven securities will be added to the Index: Cadence Design Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:CDNS), Copart, Inc. (Nasdaq:CPRT), Cree, Inc. (Nasdaq:CREE), Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Inc. (Nasdaq:GMCR), Informatica Corporation (Nasdaq:INFA), Lincoln Electric Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:LECO) and Tesla Motors, Inc. (Nasdaq:TSLA)

The Index is designed to track the performance of the 50 securities that are next in line to replace the securities currently included in the NASDAQ-100 Index®. The NASDAQ Q-50 Index is re-ranked on a quarterly basis.

As a result of the re-ranking, the following seven securities will be removed from the Index: Concur Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:CNQR), IAC/InterActiveCorp (Nasdaq:IACI), MICROS Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:MCRS), MercadoLibre, Inc. (Nasdaq:MELI), NetEase, Inc. (Nasdaq:NTES), Shire plc (Nasdaq:SHPG) and TIBCO Software Inc. (Nasdaq:TIBX)
