Very busy business activities by Best Vision Holding for a successful year end

Best Vision Holding, the leading provider of business solutions and consultancy in Technology, Finance and Services is pleased to announce that it closed its 2010 financial year with a very strong performance across all business units. Also, it successfully continued its expansion strategy and managed to acquire a notable number of new clients through its subsidiaries.

Among others, Thalia SA, the alternative asset management company of the Generali Group selected the BRAVO IT and BP outsourcing services provided by ISYS Banking Services & Solutions.

On the development side, Arius (Suisse) acquired ArsBlue, a company domiciled in Belgrade with about 40 employees, specialized in the software development for payment solutions, e.g. Visa, Mastercard and Diners, debit cards and mobile.

Last but not least, ISP Securities in Zurich (formerly Plenum Securities AG) has successfully started in January with the full ITO and BPO services, based on BEST+ Banking Core System provided by ISYS Banking Services & Solutions.

The same is for Caisse d’Epargne de Nyon, which started with the IBServices e-banking platform. Looking ahead to 2011, Best Vision Holding finds itself in a very good shape to take advantage of market opportunities. The ArsBlue acquisition brings critical
mass and exciting product extensions. In addition, through its partners Best Vision Holding will continue to extend the range of platforms supported as well as scaling services.
