Percana selects AWD® to transform customer experience

Percana, an outsourcing services and software provider to the global life and pensions industry, has chosen AWD to automate its clients’ business process transactions. The implementation is expected to assist Percana in delivering faster policy administration resolutions while driving bottom-line savings and reducing paper consumption, as well as removing dependence on paper files.

AWD is a leading business process management (BPM) platform from DST Global Solutions. With its focus on helping companies to complete administrative tasks effectively, accurately and on time, the use of AWD, together with the innovative application hosting service provided by International Financial Data Services (IFDS) in the UK, will support Percana in processing a higher volume of transactions in a shorter period of time. This in turn is expected to benefit Percana by improving the quality of customer service and overall cost efficiency.

The implementation of AWD was accomplished in less than six months, from start to finish, and has been delivered in partnership with IFDS in the UK. DST Global Solutions also enabled Percana to start back-scanning their paper files into AWD only a month and a half after the start of the project.
