CenterSpace Software Releases New Versions of the NMath Numerical Libraries for the .NET Development Platform

Today, CenterSpace Software announced the immediate availability of version 4.1 of its NMath and version 3.2 of its NMath Stats numerical libraries. These libraries provide numerical components for programmers on the Microsoft .NET platform.

CenterSpace Software’s NMath library provides numerical components for mathematical applications written in .NET languages such as C#, Visual Basic.NET, and F#. NMath provides a modern, easy to use, object-oriented interface, including a very rich set of matrix and vector manipulation semantics. Features include matrix factorizations and decompositions, least squares, random numbers, FFT, numerical integration and differentiation, curve fitting, linear programming and nonlinear optimization. Version 4.1 adds peak finding, Savitzky-Golay derivatives, Runge-Kutta ODE solver, Box-Cox transformation, and faster vector math.

NMath Stats is a .NET statistics library that provides functions for statistical computation and biostatistics, including descriptive statistics, probability distributions, linear regression, hypothesis testing, ANOVA, multivariate statistics, partial least squares, clustering, and nonnegative matrix factorization (NMF). New in version 3.1 of NMath Stats are Johnson transformations of the normal distribution, the Kruskal-Wallis rank sum test, and regression statistics for polynomial fitting and curve fitting.
