TwoFour's Order Management Licensed by Leading Financial Firm

White Plains, NY - 27 June 2007

TwoFour Systems today announced that a top tier financial firm has licensed TwoFour to manage its global foreign exchange and options orders. TwoFour’s newest client is a leading international financial services firm based in New York providing a wide range of investment banking, securities, investment management and wealth management services.

TwoFour’s client needed a global solution to capture and manage their FX and FX derivative orders, process these executed orders as trades, and update their positions and P&L realtime, 24x7. Chris Davis, Director of Sales states, “TwoFour is in a unique position in the market today to manage orders as well as process the complete trade life cycle including the back office. Signing a tier one investment bank that processes tens of thousands of trades proves that TwoFour is the product of choice for premier organizations.”

The implementation will be based out of their London office, with users located across the globe. TwoFour will capture client orders, which will be fed to their execution desk and pricing engine. Traders and financial advisors will leverage FIX messaging to connect to their internal systems for pricing.

TwoFour’s order management functionality includes spot, forward, swap, and OTC option orders on a market, limit, stop loss, or take profit basis against any currency. Many order types can be entered in TwoFour, including a specific time, good until cancelled, or end of day. Markups and fees can be added to each order, and the positions and P&L are automatically allocated to designated users. Configurable blotters allow traders and managers to view pending and filled orders in real-time, 24x7. TwoFour is a complete STP solution with order management, pricing, trade capture, position management, P&L, limit monitoring, what-if analysis, shared reference data, realtime market data, confirmations, settlements, revaluation, netting, matching, allocations, multicurrency accounting, and reporting.
