FAIRS IFA Software has forged a partnership with Selectapension - the online pension calculations provider.
The FAIRS and Selectapension products are now integrated providing Financial Advisers with a full set of retirement planning calculation tools accessible from within FAIRS IFA Manager. FAIRS is the first IFA back office product to offer such extensive retirement planning calculations.
The Selectapension tools enable Financial Advisers to perform all major pension calculations in preparation for A-Day and beyond including checking desired annuity levels, monitoring lifetime allowance limits in readiness for A-Day and comparing the best plans and growth rates for clients between the leading pension providers.
The Selectapension tool is populated from data already stored within FAIRS IFA Manager, once the calculations have been executed the output containing the facts and figures is transferred back into the FAIRS client record.
Commenting on the partnership, Gary Sawyer, Managing Director of FAIRS said:
"I am delighted that we have developed this partnership with Selectapension.
The integration between the two products provides the ideal platform for Financial Advisers to deal with the increased pensions workload facing them in the run up to A-Day. Put simply Selectapension does the maths whilst FAIRS deals with the administration and compliance. The integration not only delivers quick and high-level client service â it eradicates the risk of manual data entry errors."
Andy McCabe, Managing Director of Selectapension said:
"The prospect of A-Day poses the challenge for Financial Advisers to ensure that their clients continue to enjoy maximum returns under the new pensions structure and do not lose out under the new lifetime allowance limit. The integration between FAIRS and Selectapension makes it possible for Financial Advisers to cover every angle of their clients retirement needs both before and after A-day".
FAIRS and Selectapension will be launching the partnership at Money Marketing Live at Stand 31, G-MEX, Manchester on Tuesday 27 September.
