GR Communications wins Insight Investment research project

GR Communications (GRC), the specialist financial PR and communication consultancy, has been appointed by Insight Investment to conduct a major client research project.

Over the next three months, GRC will be conducting detailed conversations with a sample of Insight’s largest investment clients. The survey will cover client satisfaction across the business, including investment performance and service levels. Commenting on the appointment Charles Farquharson, Insight’s Head of Distribution, said "We chose GR Communications for a number of reasons. For a start, they were extremely enthusiastic about this project. Their reputation in the market was another plus factor - they are already known to many of our key clients. Finally, GR Communications has conducted similar research for Insight on two previous occasions so they have a sound understanding of our business and of our clients’ needs."
