AXS-One continues market momentum with two major customer wins

Records compliance management solutions provider AXS-One leverages channel partners to win major contracts with bank-holding conglomerate, pharmaceutical multinational

RUTHERFORD, N.J., September 13, 2005 – AXS-One Inc. (AMEX: AXO), a leading provider of high-performance records compliance management software solutions, today announced significant market momentum with two major customer wins. The first new contract is with one of the largest bank-holding companies in the U.S., for which AXS-One will provide a comprehensive records lifecycle management, compliance management and legal discovery solution. The other is with a renowned multi-national pharmaceutical conglomerate, for which AXS-One will initially implement an SAP archiving solution. Further validating AXS-One’s channel strategy, both of the newest contracts were signed through partners.

Representing further gains in the marketplace, the new contracts closely follow three major customer wins for AXS-One in the last 90 days—with a Global 2000 financial services corporation, a West Coast healthcare provider and a foreign government agency. Those deals span three continents and cover a broad range of technology and infrastructure needs.

The other contract was signed through an authorised reseller of the AXS-One Compliance Platformâ„¢. The AXS-One partner provides an AXS-One framework that allows companies to address their SAP archiving requirements, the integration of intelligent Supplier Invoice capture, and email compliance and operational management.
