Arnhem, 30 November 2005 â Human Inference, supplier of data quality software, and ICT service provider LogicaCMG Nederland have entered into a partnership agreement.
This deal reinforces their mutual propositions in the area of CRM and data quality for the media market.
During the past years Human Inference and LogicaCMG have been working closely
together on various projects improving the quality of publisher databases. Among publishers the need for building high quality central and integrated customer profiles is increasing due to the arrival of products and services via the Internet and mobile communication. However, not all operational CRM systems are suitable to create complete and correct customer profiles by using these new communication channels.
"The basis for being able to enroll multi-channel communication and distribution is a high quality relationship database. The Human Inference products are essential to reach and maintain this high quality", according to Dick Hoogland, director LogicaCMG Nederland in the Media & Entertainment market.
