Searchspace Create Customer Support Services

London – 14th November 2005. Searchspace today announced the appointment of Dave Fenton as Vice President of Customer Support Services, a new division within Searchspace aimed at developing and delivering a complete range of support services around Searchspace core products.

The establishment of Customer Support Services represents a significant organizational development and brings together the traditional support function with the engineering organization responsible for development of code fixes to the product. This development will streamline the delivery of high quality responsive service to customers. The organization will also focus on the identification, development and delivery of value-added services to customers enabling them to maximize the return on their investment in Searchspace products.

This is in addition to the traditional areas of customer support and service engineering," commented Dave Fenton, Vice President of Customer Support Services. Dave brings a wealth of experience in business and services management to his new role at Searchspace. Over the past 25 years he has held a variety of senior services management positions in the IT industry Most recently he was Director of Managed Desktop Services at CSC (Computer Sciences Corporation) responsible for over 3000 staff, and previous roles include Services Product Management Director at IBM and Global Service Delivery Director at Sequent
