Brasfield Data affiliate, Image Centre, will provide several new banks that signed contracts in December with check imaging services utilizing an outsourced host system combined with distributed item capture. Those banks include the aforementioned Cornerstone Bank and PriorityOne Bank as well as Peoples Southern Bank in Clanton, AL; First State Bank in Waynesboro, MS; and Holmes County Bank and Trust in Lexington, MS. These banks will run their sorter for the capture and image of items but Image Centre will maintain the image host system hardware and software.
"I think the most impressive fact about Brasfield is that the company is built on service and all of the individuals are committed to making every bank a success," said Bill Nelms, CEO of Cornerstone Bank. "Their interests do not end at the computer terminal. They want to show you ways to make your bank better," he said.
"We were very impressed with Image Centreâs check imaging product," said Don Story, EVP of First State Bank. "We knew that we needed to make a change in our current imaging process and we felt that Image Centre would be the best solution for us. Our past relationships with members of the Image Centre staff added to the fact that this was the right decision for First State Bank."
These banks represent approximately $842 million in assets.
"Our sales and marketing team worked very hard to ensure that we finished the year strong" said David Brasfield, CEO of Brasfield Data Services and Image Centre. "Their hard work, a superior product, and our companiesâ commitment to provide customers with personalized customer service were three driving factors behind our success."
