Kansas Medical Mutual Insurance Company Purchases DTI’s OASIS System

Cambridge, MA (November 5, 2003) - Delphi Technology, Inc. (DTI), the leading provider of technology solutions to the professional liability insurance market, announced today that Kansas Medical Mutual Insurance Company (KaMMCO) has purchased DTI’s OASIS Policy, Claims, Financial, Risk Management, Data Warehouse, and OASIS Document Solution systems.

KaMMCO will initially have 25 users on the OASIS system between two branch offices. KaMMCO writes insurance policies for MDs/DOs, Dentists, Hospitals, other medical facilities, and other Health Care Providers. The current plan is for KaMMCO to go live on the OASIS System in the summer of 2004.

KaMMCO selected OASIS to replace the homegrown system they had previously used. Although the KaMMCO selection committee reviewed several software vendors, they selected DTI because of DTI’s vast experience with the professional liability marketplace. The comprehensive functionality was also a major factor in the selection of OASIS.
