London, UK – Integrity Treasury Solutions today announced the signing of Koninklijke Vopak, based in the Rotterdam. Koninklijke (Royal) Vopak is forming a European treasury in Rotterdam to manage their cash, and have selected integra-T.com to support the operation. Royal Vopak provides independent tank terminal capacity over the whole world to the chemical and oil industries for the storage of liquid chemical products and oil products. Related to this, Royal Vopak also provides a wide range of value-added logistic services, such as tanker shipping, inland barging and warehousing, independently or in cooperation with strategic partners.
The company is divided globally into five market regions and operates a network of 71 tank terminals with a combined storage capacity of approximately 19.7 million cbm in 29 countries.
Royal Vopak selected integra-T.com because of its advanced technology including the use of Web access for subsidiaries. They also preferred Integrity’s Accounting module’s flexibility, strengths and IAS 39 accounting abilities. They will be using the following modules: Foreign Exchange, Money Market, Debt, Derivatives/Hedging, Intercompany, Cash Management and Liquidity Forecasting, IAS39, Data Transfer Services, Scheduler, Risk Analysis and WEB Treasury.
