New Business Unit XXL reinforces STATER’s customer focus
Amersfoort - The Netherlands, 19 November 2003 – STATER, one of Europe’s leading independent providers in the private mortgage sector, today announces the creation of a new business unit – BU XXL - to focus on major clients. The new unit – operational immediately - will enable STATER to continue to maintain the levels of service to existing customers as well as extend services to new clients. This way STATER can focus even more on optimizing efficiencies without affecting existing customers. Moreover STATER can once again show itself as a Centre of Excellence within their field.
Ryszard Kruszel, formerly managing director of STATER Nederland, has been appointed to head the new division. "These are exciting times for STATER as we deepen our relationships in the Dutch marketplace and grow our service offering throughout Europe. Our Belgian team have already won two new clients who recognised our commitment to quality, value for money and customer service and I look forward to taking this message to other potential clients."
Replacing Ryszard Kruszel as managing director of STATER Nederland is Henri Hofsteenge who has substantial experience of the finance industry including roles in strategy and customer service.
"I will be focussing specifically on the combination of operational excellence and managing our relationship with our customers. The two most important aspects of our strategy" said Hofsteenge.
