ANZ New Zealand Re-commits to ACI and BASE24

(Omaha, NE. - November 19, 2003) - ACI Worldwide (Nasdaq: TSAI), a leading
international provider of enterprise e-payment solutions, today announced that ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Limited has renewed its BASE24® application software licensing for a term of 5 years commencing October 1, 2003.

BASE24 provides the payments engine front end processing for all ANZ New Zealand EFTPOS and ATM network transactions. The ANZ New Zealand network comprises approximately 400 ATM's and more than 31,000 merchant EFTPOS devices.
