XRT strengthens its management team

XRT, the Secure Financial Flow Architect recently strengthened its management team by appointing Emmanuel Royer as Executive Vice President Sales and Christian Tessier as Executive Vice President Strategic Marketing.

The SEMEA (Southern-Europe Middle-East Africa) division has also appointed two new managers: Didier Martin who will be running the Large Accounts Division and Roger Mechri who will be managing the Partners Network.

These arrivals come as part of the deployment of the group’ strategy, based on the concept of Collaborative Treasury Management, which spans extended enterprises' entire financial value chain for payment and collection activities in order to improve productivity and provide greater control over risks and working capital requirements.

Emmanuel Royer (39)
Emmanuel Royer began his career in 1985 in the USA, working for the American Bank of New Orleans as Project Manager. He then joined the IT solutions reseller Random as a Sales Representative (1985-1986) before taking up the same position at Corvus (1987). He went on to Computer Associates as Sales Director, in charge of large accounts (1988-1993) moving on to the "Development Solutions" department (1993-1995), and the European Partners department (1995-1997) before heading the whole Computer Associates operations in France (1997-2000). Before joining XRT, Emmanuel Royer created a B2B platform for financial products and services.

Emmanuel Royer holds a DUT Informatique (technical diploma in computing) from the Université Paris XIII.

Christian Tessier (35)
A qualified Treasurer, Christian Tessier began his career in 1989 as Cash Manager at Imphy SA, a subsidiary of the Usinor-Sacilor group. In 1990, he joined the Treasury Department of the Europcar group, where he managed the Treasury of the 9 European subsidiaries. Working for Cerg Finance as Product Manager for Treasury solutions from 1995 to 1998, he went on to join FICS in 1998, where he headed the Product Marketing department. When Security First Technologies bought FICS to create S1 at the end of 1999, Christian Tessier was appointed Senior Marketing Director for Europe, the Middle-East and Africa (EMEA) and Asia-Pacific (APAC).

Christian Tessier holds a management and business diploma from Sup de Co Bordeaux (Bordeaux Graduate School of Business).

Didier Martin (39)
After beginning his career as a Controller for Baxter (1985-1988), Didier Martin joined Concept as Treasury Products Development Manager (1988-1991) before taking up a position as Marketing Manager for the corporate division (1991-1992). He joined Optifinances as Sales Director (1993-1997) and, following the merger between Optifinances and Diagram, he was named Corporate Division Director (1997-1999). Before coming to XRT, Didier Martin founded and headed a start-up (2000-2001).

Didier Martin holds an MBA in Finance, Economics and Marketing and a BSBA in Accountancy and Marketing.

Roger Mechri (39)
Roger Mechri began his career in 1986 with AMSI, which was later bought by CCMX, where he was in charge of the independent auditors business line. He then joined ASYSTEL as SMB/SME Sales Representative (1988-1990) before taking up a position at Kyocera Electronics France as Manager of the South-East of France Branch (1991-1998). Before coming to XRT, he worked as Sales Director for computer service companies and VARs at KONICA (1998-2001).

Roger Mechri holds a DESS (applied post-graduate diploma) in Marketing from the Université Paris I-Sorbonne.

All four will be based at the head office in La Défense, Paris.
