Mr. Nassr holds the position of Product Manager for Financial Crime solutions at EastNets. Nezar has a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence and is pursuing a PhD in information security at the university of KU Leuven in Belgium.
Mr. Nassr brings 15 years of different experiences in the financial industry; starting with software development, and progressing to software integration and SWIFT consultancy, providing consultancy services to over 100 banks worldwide. Mr. Nassr is a researcher and member of the Computer Security at the DISTRINET research group in KU Leuven.
Nasser Sweileh, MBA, CAMS
Head of Financial Crime and Compliance Risk Product Development Management, EastNets®
Mr Sweileh joined EastNets in 2011 as a Senior Compliance Product Manager, and was later assigned the role of Head of Financial Crime and Compliance Risk Products (FCCR) in early 2016. With 15 years of expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance in the Financial Industry and Technology, he is heading a team of product managers and business analysts responsible for the formulation and the execution of the product and market strategies of EastNets FCCR solutions. A quadrilingual ToastMasters' Competent Communicator, Sweileh participated as a speaker in several international conferences. He is a Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), holds an MBA from Ecole Superieure des Affaires in Beirut, Lebanon, and a graduate diploma in Applied Marketing from McGill University, Canada.
