'Be' launches new ICT & BPO business unit

Be has established a new Business Unit that integrates the Group’s subsidiaries operating in ICT and BPO segments. The new entity has a combined revenue of Eur 40 mln and will gather 450 employees.

The aim is to create a centre of excellence in the area of professional services, in order to service the demand for system integration, technology solutions and process digitalisation.

“This operation is a strategic move along our repositioning path" – says Pierangelo Mortara CEO at the new Business Unit – "as it strengthens our value proposition, gives new professional opportunities to our team and un-locks new partnerships in a fast growing market”.

The offer covering systems, technologies and processes, combined with established business consulting competencies, will allow Be to better serve its pan-European clients.

The merger achieves internal synergies and cost savings, supporting the increase of revenues and margins in ICT and BPO segments.
