London based RegTech and telecommunications software provider VoxSmart, today announces three new hires - David Delaney as Chief Commercial Officer; Oliver Rooney as Chief Information Security Officer; and Juinn Tang as Enterprise Mobility Architect after the firm achieved record growth last year and in the first half of 2017.
VoxSmart helps firms achieve regulatory compliance by recording all their mobile communications. Using its proprietary software VSmartTM, companies can record Voice Calls, SMS, Voice Mail and Instant Messaging including WhatsApp on any mobile network, any mobile platform, anywhere in the world.
David Delaney joins from Thomson Reuters where he was head of Strategic Customers for the last three and half years. Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, David was most recently Managing Director and Global Head of Interest Rate Sales at Credit Suisse after a 20 year career at the firm. David will develop and manage strategic customer relationships.
Oliver Rooney joins from Deloitte where he worked in its Cyber Risk division. Oliver is an expert in information security management and risk management. Oliver will manage VoxSmart's cloud security and security management for clients in the financial sector.
Juinn Tang has worked for HSBC, JP Morgan and BP in their mobility business areas. Juinn has extensive experience managing mobile voice and messaging solutions for financial service companies and will be responsible for client delivery and experience.

VoxSmart closed its series A funding round of $7 million dollars led by UK Technology investor Deepbridge Capital and a number of senior capital markets executives at the end of 2016.
